I only heard good reviews about this place and there was a reason to that! The food was amazing from the drink to the appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts were all fabulous with everything being the right amount of seasonings and flavors!!! Anytime of cut is perfect and the sides are definitely shareable sizes and the seafood is super refreshing and FRESH! We go the oysters and scallops tartare which was lovely and the desserts just order anything! Everything is good! Highly recommend if there is any celebration but also it's so worth it to make any reason to celebrate anything to go as well!

Wow! Still the best restaurant in Minnesota! The pasta and steaks are so good and the group started with the chipas, empanadas and tuna crudo. Any of the pastas are amazing and I prefer the angolotto, perfect. Had the miso glazed ribeye and wow so flavorful, perfectly charred and would get that all the time! Save room for the espresso martini!

What an amazing dining experience! We celebrated our anniversary here and they immediately gave us an evening of luxury, excellent service, and unforgettable food! Porzana offers a wide range of options for wine, cocktails, shareables, entrees and some of the best cuts of steak. We shared 2 oysters, the Burrata with grilled bread, Grilled broccoli, and the 10 oz. Pichana. We also had Papas Aplastadas and if my life could be permanently altered by potatoes - it's by these. Still had room to share dessert and Lydia was one of the best servers I've ever had. Will 100% be recommending to anyone who will listen, and will for sure return!

I love coming to Porzana. Their service & quality of food is outstanding! I typically get the Bigolli Alla Vodka pasta and Hanger steak, which is always a 10/10 for me. I came for an early birthday celebration and our server, Nick, took amazing care of us. He treated my birthday dinner like a celebratory experience . His interpersonality skills are the icing on the cake for a restaurant that already has amazing ambiance. He was so kind, bubbly, funny and gave great suggestions to our niche taste preferences and even encouraged us to try multiple desserts and drinks that were really tasty and unique. The honey comb lavender gelato was our favorite and executed extremely well, especially considering the price. Best experience I’ve had so far and I can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a great dining experience, ask for Nick or Travis. They were a great duo and will not disappoint!

From the moment we walked into Porzana we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of elegant and inviting- warm lighting, tasteful decor and a calm energy that makes you want to linger. Every detail feels intentional. The service was outstanding. Our server was Tasha, she was attentive without being intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and her enthusiasm for the food made the experience even better. And the food? Simply incredible!. Each dish was beautifully presented and full of layered flavors. The ingredients were clearly fresh and high quality- You can taste the care that goes into every bite. Porzana manages to combine fine dining with a genuine welcoming feel- a rare balance. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a memorable night out, this is the place to go. We left completely impressed and already planning our next visit with our friends.

We had a fantastic dinner at Porzana! One of the few DDP restaurants I hadn't tried yet and it's up there as one of the best! As a group of four we shared the empanadas, caesar salad, grilled prawns, grilled broccoli, 12 oz wagyu sirloin, the mafaldini, and the tagliatelle. Surprisingly, my favorite dishes might've been the empanadas and their caesar! Very simple but so good. The empanadas are served with a pineapple salsa and an avocado creme fraiche (kinda like guac) and it balances the pork/beef filing so well. The fried oysters on the caesar instead of croutons were actually amazing. The grilled prawns were good but a little too spicy for me, and I think all around the groups least favorite dish, but by no means were they bad. Grilled broccoli was also spicy but so delicious! Recommend. The steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. It comes with some sort of white sauce, I'm not sure exactly what that was, and we also tried the bearnaise. Both lacked flavor. Out of the pastas the tagliatelle was our favorite! Generous portion of lobster which I appreciated. The mafaldini was also really good, but both pastas were a little overcooked (me just being picky). Most restaurants do not do a little dessert, much less acknowledge birthday's or special occasions anymore, but Porzana does and we were graced with a scoop of honey ricotta and lavender ice cream. So good!!! Our waiter Brian was fantastic when he was around, but unfortunately he wasn't around all that much and service was really really slow. All said and done it was about a 2.5 hour service on a Monday and especially towards the end when the restaurant cleared out it was still way too slow. Great atmosphere though! Nicer restaurants also tend to skimp on the portions sizes, but that was not the case here. Great portions of everything and we left stuffed!

Porzana was a fun late-night restaurant to go to. Lots of people seem to celebrating and were dressed up. But it's summer, so other people were wearing shorts and shirts. There's a buzz in the air that doesn't really let up, people just seem to be having a good time there. So this isn't a place to have a quiet conversation or a meal. We were seated in the back in view of the kitchen. It was nice to see how very much like The Bear it was lol Next time I would like to sit at the patio because it looked inviting. First we ordered Oysters. I mean, I am usually not an oyster girl but this one we ordered were sweet and didn't taste much of the sea. We then got the spicy Scallop Tartare-- excellent flavors mixed together. We then had the grilled prawns. Good size and I enjoyed the char but I was surprised that it wasn't scored so that the skin would be easy to peel off. The sauce was fantastic. We then ordered the 16 oz Miso Marinated Ribeye. We shared because I don't like steak too much so I wasn't about to order my own steak. This was seasoned well and even though they suggested the chimichurri, I thought it was much better without the sauce. Juicy and flavorful and such a huge portion! We had this with the Papas Al Horno which for me was a really good pairing. My steak-loving bf was good with just the steak lol The service here is impeccable. I think nice high-end places like these attract the best servers. We ordered everything at once but told our server to bring them one after the other and he did just as requested. Not much wait between foods either. Our late night dinner cost a pretty penny but the food and experience was commensurate.

Check-in for our reservation wasn’t as smooth as expected—I was told to wait for someone to seat us, but a few groups who arrived after us were taken right away. When I went back to the host stand, I was greeted like it was my first time checking in. It seemed like a newer host, so we didn’t make a fuss. Once seated though, everything was excellent. The space itself is really charming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Service was attentive, the food was fantastic, and we had a great time overall. The oysters were fresh, and I highly recommend adding sea urchin—it was a unique and delicious combination. The caviar addition was just okay for me; flavorful, but a little too soft and salty. We also tried the beef tartare and mussels, both of which were delicious. The Caesar salad and tagliatelle with lobster were split onto two plates, which was a nice touch, though the table felt a bit small since we still had other dishes in front of us (understandable, since we did order quite a bit). The pasta had a great kick to it, and the salad—while fresh and generously portioned—was a bit watery. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the service, and I’d definitely recommend this spot.
